1, 2008 all school districts shall certify a child who is a member of a
household receiving assistance under Food Stamps as eligible for free
meals without further application or verification. |

| Process & Procedures: |

- District creates an ASCII data file from existing system
- District uploads this data file to K-12 Plus for processing
- K-12 Plus verifies data for duplications and other inconsistencies
- K-12 Plus transmits data to State
- The State provides data matched against their system
- K-12 then filters and provides the District with usable data
- K-12 Plus provides this data in an electronic format to be imported into the District's
existing Cafeteria Management System
